Meet the Founder

Michael Peros is the founder of Peros Masonry. With an entrepreneurial mindset, Michael designed Peros Masonry to be a boutique design-build firm, with an expertise in masonry.

Equipped with years of experience in construction, ranging from high-rise condominium development to subdivisions and residential projects, to a focus on stonework, bricklaying, and interlocking projects. Michael recognized a gap in the industry between tradespeople and designers. He took the leap to create his business with a unique approach, to encourage open and ongoing communication with homeowners from the start of each project. Michael ensures design solutions are feasible and practical, so that homeowner’s expectations are met. Often, Michael found that the minimal communication between homeowners and tradespeople lead to misinterpretation of design plans, leading to wasted time and resources. The team is made up of highly skilled tradespeople who act as a single point of responsibility for design, implementation, and construction. Michael hand selected his team to provide a high-level skill set that is easily adaptable to any extensive project. Every tradesperson that works with Peros Masonry has specialized training in their respective craft; Each project is crafted with care, attention to detail, and on time.

Since their establishment, Michael and his team have completed a multitude of diverse projects across the GTA, prominently in the esteemed Rosedale and Moore Park neighborhoods. Michael’s attention to detail is evident and demonstrated through his work ethic; his mission is to add depth and character to each project, while maintaining the original integrity of each home. The diverse skill set and masonry expertise of the team allow them to explore homes with a creative eye, while blending old and new world styles.
